WOO HOO!!! I am in an art show in Mercyworld. I do not know which entry was selected: either "Paper Cranes" or "Chinese Takeout by Fireworks." But, it is all good. I am just so happy to be in a showing.
In the United States, current studying and future artists are under attack. Schools downsize their music and art departments before the science and math departments when money is short. They even go as far as to increase the facilities for math and science at the expense of the Arts. Many people think that math and science are necessary to sustain life, but without art, what is life?
